Job description 🎯

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer , the Training Markets Sales Manager H/F will be in charge of developing aircraft sales to training centers worldwide.

As such, your main missions will be the following :

  • Sell aircraft mainly to training centers, clubs and from time to time to private pilots and develop AURA AERO  sales ; 

  • Ensure that a customer’s quality and delivery expectations are met ;

  • Carry out bid preparations ; 

  • Contribute to developing aircraft modifications, high value services and applications for customers ;

  • Track and report on sales margins and sales campaigns ;

  • Conduct and hold internal and external project review meetings ;

  • Prepare and present the marketing material required to develop sales ;

  • Develop some intelligence and market knowledge for the organization, participate to strategic discussions relating to new business orientations.

Required profile 🕵️‍♂️

You have at least 5 years of experience in the aircraft sales, ideally in the pilots training sector.

You aspire to work in an innovative environment and you enjoy working in a team in a multidisciplinary context.

You are recognized for your relational skills, your autonomy and your ability to withstand pressure, understand complex situations and suggest creative solutions. You also rely on your proactivity, your reactivity and your flexibility in order to carry out your missions.

Finally, your strengths for this position are:

  • Being a pilots instructor (preferably ab initio) ;

  • Having a strong knowledge of pilots training.

This is a salary and commission based role. Being fluent in English is essential. Business travels required on a regular basis (domestically and internationally with short notices).
